"This operation is a class act! I have a daughter that has been under Dr. Dan's care for a while. There happens to be one visit in particular that I recall that truly humbled me....I was sitting next to my daughter as many of us do when there and saw Dr. Dan revel his true colors. He was working on a young patient and of course the their parent was anxiously sitting next to them. I know how the parent may have felt....some of this work being done on our children's mouths can add up quite quickly. Dr. Dan made sure to say good bye to them before they left....I saw this encounter in front of me....the parent thanked Dr. Dan and began to tear up.....Dr. Dan without hesitation gave the parent a huge hug and said in a very calming voice to not worry and everything was going to be fine. I saw a huge way of relief on the parent's face and then a smile on the patients. I don't know what exactly was happening, but I do know that what was happening was the type of thing that defines the good we so rarely see in the world.
