Here at Sarya Orthodontics, we are dedicated to conventional orthodontics.
We use braces to treat many dental irregularities such as overcrowded teeth, malocclusions (bad bites), and much more. We also work to relieve the jaw pain of those who suffer from TMD.
Most often we use the traditional metal and wire braces. They are also known as fixed “tram track” braces.
The point of braces is to move your teeth into the correct position. We also use braces to move teeth that are crooked or pointed in wrong direction. Braces are also good at filling in unsightly gaps that may be between your teeth.
While we can use braces to fix many problems, the most common issue we fix is a malocclusion. Bad bites have many causes. Sometimes overuse of a pacifier or thumb sucking can push out teeth.
You may have overcrowding if your mouth has too many teeth. However, some people don’t have enough teeth. Children with small mouths may also benefit from braces. TMD is caused when the jaw is out of line, and we can use braces to fix that problem.
There are many benefits to be gained from wearing braces. They will correct any misalignment, which will help increase your confidence and self-esteem. You deserve to have a smile that you are proud of, and we will do everything we can to ensure that you have a happy and healthy smile.
