Here at Sarya Orthodontics, we assist those who want to have a latex free environment while visiting the dentist.

Many people are allergic to latex. Symptoms of allergies include runny noses and scratchy throats. Many even experience breakouts on their arms or red hives. If you are unsure if you are allergic to latex, you would notice allergic symptoms about an hour after being exposed to latex. If you know that you are allergic, it’s important to make sure that your dentist can allow a latex-free environment for you.

We ensure that our environment is latex free by following the following protocols: We don’t use latex gloves. We also remove all latex products, including rubber dams and elastics, from your vicinity. We also clean the work areas that are contaminated with latex powder.
